Dr.YouGun ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application "Aqua Pipe" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We do not directly collect information such as your name, address, or phone number. However, through third-party services, the following information may be collected automatically:

3. Third-Party Services

4. Advertising
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. Advertising identifiers may be used for ad delivery, and you may be shown personalized ads based on your interests. If you purchase the ad-removal product, banner and interstitial ads will no longer be displayed. Optional rewarded ads used for features such as hints or extra time remain available after purchase.
- You can opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android "Ads" settings), or manage it via Google Ad Settings.
- For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we obtain consent for the use of personalized advertising as required by applicable law.
- For users in the EEA and the UK, we use Google's User Messaging Platform, which follows the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework, to request consent at first launch for ad personalization and related data use. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the “Privacy Settings” button on the in-app “Settings” screen.
- For users covered by certain U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., California's CCPA/CPRA), we provide a choice regarding the “sharing” of information for advertising purposes as required by applicable law.
5. Sharing of Information
Except for processing by the third-party service providers listed above, we do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may disclose information where required by law.
6. Data Retention
Collected information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, or for the period defined by each third-party service. Cloud-saved game progress is retained until you delete it through Google Play Games Services.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information, please contact us below.
8. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information. To make a request, please contact us using the details below. You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your device settings.
9. Notice for Residents of Certain U.S. States (CCPA/CPRA, etc.)
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with an applicable privacy law, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you may have the following rights:
- Right to Know: the categories of personal information we have collected in the past 12 months, their sources, the purposes for collecting them, and the categories of third parties with whom we have disclosed them
- Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information we have collected
- Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Right to Non-Discrimination: not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, we use identifiers such as the advertising ID through Google AdMob for third-party ad delivery and optimization, which may constitute “sharing” under the CPRA. Eligible users will see a consent management prompt when the App starts, allowing them to opt out of this sharing. You can change your consent choice at any time from “Privacy Settings” in the Options screen.
We do not collect “Sensitive Personal Information” such as Social Security numbers, financial account information, precise geolocation, or health information.

10. Security
We and the third-party services we use take reasonable measures to protect collected information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy becomes effective when posted on this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you within the App or on the store listing.
