Developer: Dr.YouGun / YouGunGames
Effective date: September 9, 2026
Last updated: September 9, 2026

Dr.YouGun ("we", "us", or "our") operates PathGo: Arrow & Snake (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains the information handled when you use the App, why it is handled, and the choices available to you.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the App and to information you voluntarily submit through the PathGo privacy inquiry form. It does not govern the privacy practices of app stores, advertising partners, or other third-party services, which have their own policies.

2. Information handled by the App

We do not provide user accounts in the App and do not ask you to enter your name, email address, or other direct contact details to play. The App stores gameplay progress, settings, selected language, and similar game-state information on your device so that your game can continue. We do not use that local game-state information to identify you directly.

When the App connects to third-party services, those services may process the following categories of information:

3. Why we handle information

We and our service providers use this information to operate the App, provide and measure advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, diagnose crashes, improve stability and gameplay, and apply remotely delivered configuration when enabled. We do not use the App to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. Third-party services

The App may use the services below depending on the production configuration of the version you use. We enable a service only after completing the applicable store disclosure and consent work for that release.

These providers may process information on our behalf or for their own purposes described in their policies. Their processing can involve transfers to countries where they or their subprocessors operate.

5. Advertising and privacy choices

The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to display privacy messages where required. At each launch, the App refreshes the current consent status before requesting ads. When required for your region, the Settings screen provides a “Privacy Options” entry point so you can review or change advertising choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID through your Android device settings.

Advertising choices apply to advertising-related processing. If a version of the App uses analytics, we provide any additional consent or opt-out handling required by applicable law separately; advertising choices alone do not control every service.

6. Sharing, sale, and retention

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising identifiers and related information used with ad partners can be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws. Where required, the App provides a choice through its privacy message and settings entry point.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Third-party providers retain data according to their own policies and agreements.

7. Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the handling of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, use the privacy inquiry form below. We may need information to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it.

8. Children

The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and address the request.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the App, its data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
